VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Directional Hosts - Sending the visitors to the ticket purchase area or e-ticket scan area.
Greeters - Greeting visitors and handing out festival programs.
Entrance Ticket Takers/Scanners - Accepting tickets/scanning e-tickets and allowing the visitor to enter the show floor.
Exit Counters - Counting the number of visitors that exit the event.
Wine Tasting Pavilion - Assisting glass handling, ice and water services in the Wine/Beer Tasting Pavilion. Must be 19 years old or older in this role.
Grapes & Hops Stage - Set, clear and re-set the seminar tables with glassware and pour wine. Must be 19 years old or older in this role.
Refrigeration Security - Securing refrigerated truck and assisting exhibitors with their products. There will be downtime in this position so we advise to bring materials to entertain yourself (i.e. a novel or study materials)
Stage Hand - Assisting the stage manager in preparing all the items needed for the presentations. Duties also include cleaning the stages afterwards (i.e. washing the dishes and pots).
Enviro Crew - Keeping restaurant pavilion area clean and assisting with recycling.
VOLUNTEER TIME AVAILABILITY:
